Security in our building is the responsibility of all owners and residents. A few common sense rules will help protect us all:

The association will post notice that it receives of any criminal activity in the area beside the front desk and on the laundry room bulleting board for 3 days. This will include pictures of alleged perpetrators if available.

Remember to lock the door to your home, especially when you are leaving (even if only to go to the desk to pick up your mail). Consider locking the door at all times you are inside your apartment.

Please notify association maintenance and management if you notice any building security systems not functioning properly. This would include, for example, burned out lights and doors that do not close securely.

If, unfortunately, you are the victim of any crime, it is important that you let the Board and the Property Manager know. Please fill out an “incident report” at the front desk or send a memo to the Board and/or the Property Manager.
