The
self-guided walking tour will be held Sunday, October 21, 2007
from noon to 5 pm and features 12 distinctive homes in the Dupont
Circle area. The 2007 DCCA House Tour will include a premier art
exhibit at the new Washington Studio School. Participating artists
will be selected from professional Dupont Circle area artists and
their works will be for sale.
Many trend-setting construction projects have marked the
neighborhood, and the House Tour highlights a variety of
residential living spaces, emphasizing innovation, variety, and
personal style. House tour participants are also invited to attend
a Tea at the Hotel Palomar located at 2121 P St. NW.
Advance tickets for the event are $25 and may be purchased via
PayPal on the DCCA Web site. Tickets on the day of the tour are
$30 and will be available at the Hotel Palomar and at the Dupont
Circle Farmers Market. Advance tickets will also be available
