Subject: Sunderland closure possible on Tuesday

Sunderland closure possible on Tuesday, Nov 12

I have been informed that Sunderland may be closed at the 20th Street intersection for several hours on Tuesday - from 9am till 3pm (appx) - to tie in the water main under the street. This is, of course, depending on the weather cooperating.

Should this occur, we will continue to leave the garage as we normally do, heading east on Sunderland. But to access the garage, we will have to enter Sunderland at 19th and go against the flow during the hours that Sunderland is closed at 20th.

Just a heads up.
