UPCOMING NEWS ...
 
Work Continues and So Does Our Community Outreach.
 
Over the next two weeks our area of work will include O to Dupont Circle, Washington Circle, from Washington Circle to L Street, Ward Place and from 21st Street to M Street as we work to reconstruct, resurface and enhance New Hampshire Avenue's Streetscape.

Construction Holiday Work Schedule
 
In observance of the holiday, work on the New Hampshire Avenue Streetscape will be confined within the concrete barriers from 21 St to M St where we are excavating the street and working on curb and hardscape. December 24 and December 26, we will only work in that section inside the barrier and out of the way the flow of traffic and etc. on New Hampshire.
 
Normal work resumes December 27th and will include Washington Circle, where will be doing laterals for the new light pole.  Two lanes will remain open.  National Parks Service is also working in the park area in  Washington Circle.    
   
 
According to DC WATER 
Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 9:00am until 5:00pm DC WATER contractor will be on location to tie-in newly installed mains into the water distribution system at 21st Street NW and New Hampshire Ave NW. DC Water will give those affected notice, so be on the look out. 
Following addresses on New Hampshire Ave will be affected: (According to DC Water)
1261, 1262, 1264, 1266, 1270 New Hampshire Ave NW

The picture above is a good depiction of that the old brick in sand looks like on the right and the new brick in concrete on the left that we laid in the picture between H St and I St. We are currently finishing the brick sidewalk in front of properties between 21 St and N St.
