U.S. Capitol Police Parking Restrictions.

The 2010 National Memorial Day Concert primary site set-up has begun on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol Beginning Thursday, May 27, 2010, at 1:00 AM and continuing through Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at 4:00 AM. Parking will be restricted on Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, and Maryland Avenue, SW, between First and Third Streets, as well as along First Street between Constitution Avenue NW and Independence Avenue, SW.

Additionally, to accommodate bus parking, on Saturday, May 29, 2010, at 7:00 AM parking restrictions will be implemented for both the north curb of Independence Avenue, SW, between First and Second Street, SW, and the southeast curb of Washington Avenue, SW, from First Street, SW, to Independence Avenue, SW.
