REMINDER -- MARCH 2007 DCCA MEETING |

On March 5th, DCCA will be meeting at Anderson House, the
headquarters of the Society of the Cincinnati, 2118 Massachusetts Avenue,
NW.
The evening will provide an opportunity for the community to hear from, and ask questions of, two of our elected representatives: Mayor Adrian M. Fenty and Ward 2 Councilmember Jack Evans. Mr. Evans will brief attendees on current legislative issues before the Council and will introduce Mayor Fenty, who will address issues of concern to the community. The meeting will begin at 7:30 pm. Attendees are invited to tour Anderson House after the speaker portion of the meeting. The Society will have just completed the first phase of a major conservation project to restore H. Siddons Mowbray's reception room murals, so attendees will have the opportunity to be the first members of the public to see the ceiling mural fully restored. We are compiling a list of questions for Mayor Fenty and Councilmember Evans. You may send us questions prior to the meeting by replying to this email. We will consolidate all questions on Sunday March 4th. |
