See how the neighborhood's abandoned fire and police call boxes have been transformed into public art! Each box features original artwork
interpreting Dupont Circle and its fountain along with historical facts. All 22 participating artists are local to DC.

What: Dupont Circle community unveils 22 Art on Call boxes!
Presented by: Dupont Circle Conservancy, Dupont Circle Citizens Association, and Cultural Tourism DC
When: Saturday, September 10 from 10 am to 1 pm Formal unveiling at 10:30 am
Where: 20th and Massachusetts Avenue, NW (Near PNC Bank)
Metro: Dupont Circle, Q Street exit (Red line)

a. The official unveiling with Council Member Jack Evans and Emcee Robert Aubry Davis of WETA-TV's Around Town
b. Art sale with all 22 Art on Call artists inside PNC Bank
c. Music with the 257th Army Band Brass Quintet
d. Guided walking tours of nearby Art on Call boxes
e. Fire truck, antique engine, and fire fighters from the District's Fire and EMS Department, in addition to its
Safe House, which teaches children about fire safety
f. Tourist Information Mobile (TIM) courtesy of the DC Chamber of Commerce
